LUX lifestyle Brokers SL (Spain), trading as Nova Verde Studios, is the data controller for personal data processed through this Service. Contact: johan@novaverdegroup.com.

Data we collect and why

• Contact details (name, email, phone, company) from the sign-up form, to give you access and follow up on your enquiry — legitimate interests and, where required, consent.
• Account data (email, password hash), to create and secure your account — contract.
• Drawings, designs and rendering prompts you upload or create, to provide the calculations, exports and renderings — contract. Uploaded drawing files are deleted after processing.
• Plan and purchase status, to unlock the features you paid for — contract.
• Technical data (IP address, device and browser information, usage logs), for security, fraud prevention and improving the Service — legitimate interests.
• Support messages, to answer your questions — legitimate interests.

Who we share data with

• Service providers that host the app, store data and run the AI analysis and rendering, acting on our instructions.
• Stripe for payments, subscription management, tax handling, receipts and transaction support.
• Our lead management system (NVG Vault), operated for us, to manage enquiries.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) and authorities where required by law.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the EEA. Where they do, we rely on adequacy decisions or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

We keep account and design data while your account is active and for up to 12 months after, leads for up to 3 years after the last contact, and purchase records as long as tax law requires. Data is then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email johan@novaverdegroup.com; we respond within one month. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD, www.aepd.es).

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls and private file storage.

Cookies and local storage

We only use essential browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your designs, prices and settings. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. You can clear this storage in your browser settings.
