LUX lifestyle Brokers SL offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on every Nova Verde Studios plan. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for the one-time Homeowner plan and for the first payment or any renewal of a monthly plan.

How to request a refund

Email johan@novaverdegroup.com within 30 days with your order details. We will help arrange the refund through Stripe. You can also use the transaction support details on your receipt. Refunding a plan removes its paid features.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a monthly plan at any time with "Manage or cancel plan" in the app. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
