Nova Verde Studios (the "Service") is provided by LUX lifestyle Brokers SL, a company registered in Spain ("we", "us"). When you use the Service or buy a plan you are contracting with LUX lifestyle Brokers SL. By continuing to use the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

The Service lets you design buildings with Z-krete concrete elements, calculate element quantities and costs from drawings, export quotes, drawing sheets and CAD files, and create AI-generated architectural renderings. Quantities and prices are estimates for planning purposes and must be checked by a qualified professional before construction or ordering.

2. Accounts

You must be of legal age, or have authority to bind the organisation you represent. Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Plans, payment and subscriptions

Payments are processed through Stripe. Where Stripe handles the sale as Merchant of Record, the payment terms shown at checkout apply. We remain responsible for the Service and product support. Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled; after cancelling you keep access until the end of the paid period. The Homeowner plan is a one-time purchase. See our Refund Policy.

4. Licence and acceptable use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your plan. You must not:

• use the Service unlawfully, for fraud or spam, or to infringe anyone's intellectual property;
• interfere with its security, upload malware, probe, scrape or overload the Service;
• reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service, or get around plan limits;
• use AI features to create illegal, hateful, deceptive or infringing content, or try to bypass content safeguards.

5. Your content and AI output

You keep the rights to drawings and designs you upload or create, and you confirm you have the right to use them. You grant us a limited licence to host and process this content only to provide the Service. AI renderings and drawing analysis may be inaccurate and are not professional engineering or architectural advice; you are responsible for your inputs and how you use outputs. Rights holders can report infringing content to johan@novaverdegroup.com; we may remove content, refuse outputs and suspend repeat infringers.

6. Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the Service, its software, documentation and branding. Z-krete is the name of the building element system.

7. Availability and warranties

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law the Service is provided "as is", without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits or data. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your rights as a consumer.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends you can export your designs for 30 days, after which we may delete them.

10. General

These terms are governed by Spanish law and disputes go to the courts of Spain, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country. We are not responsible for events beyond our reasonable control. Contact: johan@novaverdegroup.com.
